Well finally we had some sunshine if not the greatest wind direction. 143 yachts making the start line despite a number absentees due to holidays and illness.

The white buoy near the far bank after a reaching start caused the normally chaos at times but led to some very shift, technical beating before Z ing back towards the clubhouse finish line.

Sailing was competitive and close throughout. In particular the first 7 with the full fleet out. Some members attended a 6M measurement course hence some later drop outs.

Good to see Sharon (Obsession) and Rob (Sedici) both improving and beginning to mix it on a very tricky race course.
